CRITERIA:

  • A family business is defined as a business with two or more members with the management team from the owning family. Family businesses may have ownership and/or be managed by individuals who are not family members.
  • Membership includes all family and non-family employees, who may benefit from some or all of the programs.
  • Programs are free to TNCFB members. Owners of family businesses may attend their first program at no charge to explore the benefits of membership. Non-members may attend programs for a cost of $39 per person, payable in advance online or at event.

  • Family business groups for Owners, Next Generation, Women in Business, Spouses (not active in business), and non-family business executives (Max 3 per membership) led by a professional facilitator in a confidential environment.
  • Networking opportunities to build relationships with fellow business owners and other family members involved in the business.
  • Member’s Only Access to directories, videos, webinars, articles and white papers on topics related to managing a family business, “Ask the Expert”, and other resources.
  • Five (5) consulting and coaching sessions to identify challenges and opportunities for successful growth and transition. Additional coaching and consulting services by TNCFB will be provided at a discounted rate or referred to recognized industry experts.
